We are from Uttarakhand and visited this restaurant today. Here’s our experience: The food was delicious and flavorful, reminding us very much of "ghar ka khana" (home-cooked food). The service was excellent, attentive, and friendly. The owner was pleasant to interact with and made us feel welcome. Overall, it was a wonderful dining experience that felt just like eating at home. A culinary gem in Varanasi – Best restaurant in India! If you are looking for an amazing restaurant in Varanasi, Eatery Restaurant (ईटरी रेस्टोरेंट) is THE place to go! We have dined there several times, and each time the experience has been perfect. As soon as you enter, you are greeted with a sincere smile and rare kindness. The lady who manages the place is exceptional: always attentive, caring for each customer, and able to find a solution to everything. As I am French and have difficulty with spicy dishes, she was able to adapt recipes for me so that I could fully enjoy the flavors without burning my mouth. The quality of the dishes is impressive. Everything is prepared with care, the flavors are balanced, and you immediately feel that the ingredients are fresh. No matter what you order, it will be delicious! There is a large choice on the menu, and each plate is a treat. Another strong point: always a place for you! Even when the restaurant is full, this wonderful host finds a solution to accommodate you comfortably. We loved it so much that we went back every night. And honestly, after traveling across India and trying many restaurants, this is quite simply the best we have eaten at! If you are in Varanasi, look no further.
