Food Quality: We started our meal with Chilli Garlic Noodles in the starter, and unfortunately, it was a major letdown. The noodles were stale, cold, and tasted extremely old. Despite bringing this to the owner's attention, he outright refused to acknowledge the issue even after checking it himself, which was very disappointing. Moving on to the main course, the dishes were below average and certainly did not justify the price. The only somewhat redeeming item was the Manchurian Dry — while it tasted decent, the portion size was so small that it wasn't even enough for my 6-year-old daughter. Ambience: The ambience left much to be desired, especially during the summer. The restaurant lacks sufficient air conditioning, making the overall environment uncomfortable and stuffy. Staff and Management: The staff seemed disinterested, and service was extremely slow. What was even more frustrating was the attitude of the management — the owner’s refusal to accept feedback showed a lack of professionalism and respect for customer experience. Service: The service was not only slow but also very casual and inattentive. For a place that advertises itself as a family restaurant and party spot, the service quality was extremely disappointing. Value for Money: Given the poor food quality, inadequate service, and uncomfortable ambience, the prices felt completely unjustified. We expected a much better experience for the amount we spent. Final Verdict: We chose this place based on good online reviews, but sadly, it did not live up to expectations. It seems like the management is struggling to maintain quality standards. If you are someone who truly appreciates good food and service, I would not recommend visiting Kingslayer Family Restaurant & Party Spot.
