Visited Ustaadi Mumbai and had a good overall experience. We ordered Tomato Dhaniya Shorba, Tandoori Chicken, Veg Galouti, and Paneer Chilli Kulcha. The shorba tasted more like a tomato soup, missing the expected coriander flavor, but the rest of the dishes were delicious. The tandoori chicken was perfectly cooked and flavorful, the veg galouti was soft and well-spiced, and the paneer chilli kulcha added a nice fusion twist. Service was quick and efficient, and the staff was polite. The total bill came to around ₹1300, which felt quite reasonable for the portion sizes and quality. Overall, a great place for North Indian food with a few minor improvements needed.
