I recently visited Ustaadi and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The waiter named Rizwan provided extremely poor service. He was disrespectful in his behavior and even used inappropriate language, which was completely unacceptable. As a customer, I expect basic courtesy and professionalism, but sadly that was missing during our visit. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and ensures better staff behavior and customer service in the future.we visited but this time worst and end
