Had a truly awful experience at Excellensea last week. My family used to be regulars but the quality has taken a sharp decline and our dine in experience last week was the worst. We ordered crab soup and a fish ghassi. It took 45 mins for the soup to come and when it did, it tasted like salt water with overbooked veggies, raw cornstarch and was disgusting. We left it. We then waited a whole hour for our food to not arrive. We asked the waiter repeatedly to check and he kept saying 2 mins. At the end of the hour, we paid for our disgusting soup and left. Never going back again. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹800–1,000

Thank you for a magnificent treat at Bharat Excellensea restaurant at Bellard estate,Tandoori Crab, pomfret, Sukhe Mutton, chicken Kababs, raw mango prawns & uppam were simply superb and delicious & it makes you feel in another era altogether with Celebrity Chef Amanda’s presence & his signature dishes. The beauty lies not only in the extraordinary charming revival of the restaurant but also in the eyes & hearts of its loving Managers & staff, especially Sudhir & his colleagues who took good care of us. We look forward to returning and bringing more souls to be touched by your team & spectacular environment you created.
