Great Bakery with Amazing Views! If you're in Shimla, don't miss out on Trishool Bakers! Not only is the bakery famous for its fresh bakes, but it also offers a lovely view of the Mall Road. It’s centrally located, making it easy to find—just a short walk from The Ridge and Scandal Point. If you’re strolling through Mall Road, you can’t miss the crowd gathered outside this iconic bakery! What to Try? Pastries – Fresh, soft, and perfectly balanced in sweetness. The chocolate pastry is rich and indulgent, while the fruit-based ones offer a light and refreshing bite. Puffs & Savory Items – Their puffs are incredibly flaky and generously filled. I loved the paneer puff—crispy on the outside with a flavorful filling. The veg and chicken puffs are also great for a quick, tasty snack. Momos – Surprisingly, for a bakery, their momos are amazing! Soft, juicy, and served with a spicy chutney that packs a punch. Whether you choose veg or chicken, both are flavorful and fresh. Breads – Their freshly baked breads are soft and aromatic, perfect for breakfast or snacking. The garlic bread is a must-try if you enjoy a bold, herby flavor. I didn’t get a chance to try their best-seller, The Spoonie, but it’s highly recommended by locals—definitely on my list for next time!
