The most pathetic service in a kfc I have ever received. Initially asking people to sit down and take the order and then have to repeat the same thing to the counter and then see the arrogant attitude of the staff there. Had the worst experience at this KFC outlet in Shimla. The chicken was absolutely terrible—overcooked, dry, and completely tasteless. It was nothing like the crispy, flavorful KFC chicken you’d expect. Clearly, the staff has no idea how to cook properly. When I raised a complaint, the cashier casually mentioned that the staff was “still in training” and even laughed it off. Extremely unprofessional and unacceptable for a brand like KFC. If the staff is still learning, maybe they should practice elsewhere instead of ruining customers’ meals. Would not recommend this place at all. Avoid it unless you want to waste your money on badly cooked food and unprofessional service. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
