Visit on 21st October’2025 I have been a regular visitor at the McDonald’s outlet in Shimla and have always appreciated the food and service here. However, my recent visit on 21st October was quite disappointing due to the unpleasant and unprofessional behaviour of certain staff members, particularly Ms. Muskan and Ms. Sakshi. Both were non-welcoming and unhelpful from the moment we approached the counter. Ms. Muskan deliberately ignored the conversation, which came across as extremely indifferent and disrespectful towards customers. When I politely requested one of the burgers (out of three full meals) to be slit into two halves for the children, Ms. Sakshi bluntly denied, stating that “there are no knives in the kitchen.” This was quite shocking, as I have had this simple request fulfilled multiple times before at the same outlet without any issue. I dont know what was the reason may be they are having a shortage of staff due to which they were over occupied…. It was truly disappointing to experience such behaviour, especially from a brand like McDonald’s that is known worldwide for its customer service and family-friendly approach. I sincerely hope the management looks into this matter and ensures such instances are not repeated in future…. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3 Price per person: ₹200–400

what a poor packaging from McDonald's totally disappointed.I ordered large coke and it reached in half quantity because of poor packaging materialalthough no fault of the delivery guy he did his best to deliver it.
