While I loved the attentive service, I was absolutely disappointed with the quality of the food served.The host did ask me if the food was okay, but I could see she was overwhelmed (given she was serving multiple folks) - I wanted to be cognizant of the same, hence I said it was okay.However, the pizza i ordered was not authentic neopolitan, despite clarifying at the start hat I did need an authentic nepolitan pizza. The crust was uncooked to a large degree. The toppings made me livid, and I finished the unappetizing meal deeply unsatisfied.Having been a regular with Hyatt, the food was extremely disappointing for the unit here. Top notch service, horrible food.

They know how to ruin special occasions the best. Walk in here if you’re looking for an evening of disappointment. Came here for celebrating my birthday as there was an offer on swiggy, “Flat 50% off on the total bill”. Alas what followed was only sheer disappointment. 5 minutes after being seated when we were ready to order, they sneakingly come and say, sir the offer booked is only valid on drinks at the bar, not valid for food or anything else, and that it is mentioned in the terms and conditions if you scroll down in your booking. The manager on being confronted that what is being described to me is “bait and switch”, conveniently says, “Yes sir, but as it is mentioned in the terms and conditions” it is as mentioned there, we cannot do anything. Visited Tre-Forni Bar & Restaurant in Hyderabad, and let me tell you, this place is pure vibes! From the moment you walk in, the ambiance hits you with its classy yet cozy decor. Perfect spot for a chill evening or a fancy date night. The menu is on point with a killer mix of Italian classics and modern twists. We started with the bruschetta, which was just the right amount of crispy and flavorful. The highlight, though, was their wood-fired pizzas – the Margherita was simple yet so rich in flavor, and the crust was perfection. Cocktails are a must-try here. The mixologists know their stuff! I had the Espresso Martini and it was smooth, with the perfect kick. My friend tried the Negroni, and it was equally impressive. Service was top-notch. The staff is super friendly and attentive without being in your face. They made us feel welcome and were happy to recommend dishes and drinks. Price-wise, it’s on the higher side, but totally worth it for the quality and experience. If you’re in Hyderabad and looking for a spot to impress or just enjoy some fantastic food and drinks, Tre-Forni is the place to be. Definitely going back soon!
