The lady at the front desk of the restaurant was extremely rude and had no manners. Despite confirming our table reservation, she turned us down and we had to speak to the manager to get a table.She didn’t even have the decency to apologize or try to have a conversation afterward. It was an unexpected incident at a Hyatt restaurant.

The veg menu had very meagre options. Very less food options and every item would have mushrooms in it. They don't prepare items without specific ingredients even upon request. Other than being part of Hyatt, this restaurant by itself deserves only 2.5/5 rating Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹1,600–1,800 Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4
