Zythum Brewing Co completely failed to deliver on even the most basic standards of hospitality. The service was disorganized, arrogant, and shockingly unprofessional. Staff appeared confused and poorly trained, and when issues were raised, the response from management was dismissive rather than apologetic. Especially Mr. Brundaban no Sence at allInstead of resolving problems, management seemed more interested in arguing with guests. There was zero accountability, zero empathy, and absolutely no sense of customer care. For a place that markets itself as a premium brewery, the attitude on the floor felt cheap and careless. Never going to visit again and wont recommend to anyone for sure..
