I've been a loyal customer of Toscano for quite some time now, but it's with a heavy heart that I write this review. What troubles me even more is that the prices at Toscano do not reflect the quality or the quantity of the food anymore. It's disheartening to spend a considerable amount of money only to be met with a meal that leaves you questioning your decision to order in the first place.
The decline in quality and consistency is not only frustrating but also a letdown for someone who was once an ardent supporter of Toscano. It's not merely about a single bad experience but rather a pattern of disappointment that has been emerging over several orders.
