I had Cacio e Pepe, and the sauce was spot on. It’s clear they are doing it the traditional Italian way. You don’t get this level of Parmesan cheese used in other restaurants like Toscano. I would say it was even better than Sugo Sugo. Pasta was cooked al dante. Let them know before hand if you prefer otherwise. Restaurant was empty when I went on a weekday afternoon. Visit here before they change the preparation due to cost reasons. Impasta taste had changed they are providing undercooked foods It is not like earlier impasta (1 yr back) It has changed alot Except chicken fretters Others are not that much good. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
