I ordered a chilly oil pasta.... instead this is some dry tasteless thing with broken fettuccine and no sauce at all

I usually order salads from Timpano very often and the experience is usually good. This time being an exception where they sent a salad with rotten lettuce without any check. Disappointing. very disappointing.
