I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was too disappointing to stay silent about. I visited Aliganj Butter Story with high hopes, drawn in by the appealing ambiance and promising menu. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a classic case of “don’t judge a book by its cover.”. I ordered a simple meal—soup and pizza—expecting a quick and satisfying bite. The restaurant was completely empty, so I assumed service would be prompt. Instead, I waited a staggering 50 minutes for my order. When the food finally arrived, it was a complete letdown. The pizza was cold, undercooked, and lacked any real flavor. The crust was doughy, the toppings barely warm, and the cheese hadn’t even melted properly. Honestly, I’ve had far better pizza from street vendors at a fraction of the price. The soup was equally unimpressive—bland and lukewarm, as if it had been sitting out for too long. What made it worse was the lack of urgency or apology from the staff. No explanation, no effort to make things right—just a shrug and a bill that felt like salt in the wound. If you're considering dining here, save your time, money, and appetite. There are plenty of other places that offer better food, faster service, and a more respectful experience. This was my first visit, and sadly, it will be my last.
