Visited them yesterday and firstly we’ve ordered two pastries one is glossy blueberry another is chocolate chip- clearly mentioned to the person that we want these two only, once the order arrived they provided us with one blueberry and another one was some other chocolate flavour pastry which was somehow smaller and costlier in comparison to choco chip pastry. Asked them that we haven’t order this so they said sir now order has been done and payment too we can’t change it. Overall they did this mistake intentionally.

I have come here thrice, and all the times the experience has been bad, the food taste is average. But more attention should be paid to quality and service. The waiters are not good. They only care about their job, customers can go to hell, I would like to tell the owners of butter story that they need to pay attention to their restaurant and To the Services, quality and staff. HORRIBLE PLACE. Please dont ruin your time, money and specially health coming here. It has flies everywhere, no AC. We ordered noodles, manchurian, wrap and a coffee. One server took the order and left. The other came and asked to repeat because the first didn't understand. Then they brought old-heaten up food. Noodles were served much before manchurian. No proper cutlery and additionals were given. We had to keep asking. No sense of hospitality. Did not feel like they knew what they were doing, not to mention, food was below average. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
