You can tell they use high-quality ingredients and take their craft seriously. I also had the pistachio rose cake (a flavor I don’t usually go for) and WOW. Delicate, not too sweet, and beautifully balanced. Honestly, it could give some upscale patisseries a run for their money. Their coffee game is strong too. I had a flat white with oat milk and it was smooth, well-pulled, and paired wonderfully with the pastries. Also worth mentioning: their staff actually knows their menu.
