Had breakfast at Third Wave Coffee and loved how peaceful it was in the morning. Ordered the La Vie En Rose Latte, beautifully made by the barista Samuel. Excellent coffee, delicious pastries and world class service - this place would be popular in any city around the world. I come here often and spend hours. I find the staff here very personable, friendly and professional. Starting from the friendly hello as soon as you enter to the preparation and serving of coffee and food. to accommodating special requests. Coffee & food s good, setting is as well, but your staff is exceptional. I want specifically to commend Samuel and Tanvi. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹600–800 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The staff were ridiculously clueless first of all they give me my order of a simple cappuccino 20 min late and they gave me the wrong size of small instead of medium when asked about it they said they would replace it which took them another 30 min which they dint do a prompt job service really was pathetic it was not like they were many people it was how poor their service was id rather suggest someone to go grab a coffee in Starbucks or Theobroma or even airlines don't ever go to this place it's the worst service u can get. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
