Nestled by the main road, The Bangalore Cafe stood out with its large English-only sign, missing a touch of the local language. It's got convenient parking, whether you're on two wheels or in a car, complete with valet service. The restaurant, located on the 1st floor, also offers take-out options on the ground floor. Inside, the ambiance is charming, and there's plenty of room for everyone. The menu looked like a foodie's dream, packed with interesting options that make you want to try a bit of everything. However, it's worth noting that the prices lean towards the higher side. They're big on vegetarian dishes, especially Paneer, baby corn, and potato variations. The mocktail options were delicious, and we indulged in quite a few starters and mocktails. Despite the tempting menu, the service was a bit slower than expected. We ordered rotis, curry, and a rice item, but it never made it to our table. After waiting for quite some time, we found out about the delay. It would have been great if they had given us a heads-up, we would have ordered something else on the menu. However, we were running late and couldn't wait any longer. Adding to the frustration, there was a language barrier with the waitstaff. Most of them didn't speak Kannada, and a few struggled with English, only understanding Hindi. This led to some repeated explanations, which got a bit tiresome. On a practical note, I didn't spot an elevator for disabled individuals, but I might be mistaken. In a nutshell, The Bangalore Cafe has a lovely setting and an exciting menu, but the prices, service hiccups, language challenges, and possible accessibility issues are factors to keep in mind.
