HORRIBLE! PATHETIC. Sick of giving them chances and them just letting us down every single time. Ordered signature coffee via Swiggy and got only HALF a cup. Is this a practical joke? They even made a profit out of it without a full refund. This is unacceptable. They are 'thriving' only because there is no other competition in the area around and also because of the student crowd from IIMB and Christ College. People don't have other options to go to. I've had pathetic experiences within Glen's Bakehouse in the past with the staff being uncouth, lazy and unprofessional. Even scrimping on half a centimeter of 'Brioch bread'. Overconfident, complacent and focused only on Gatsby's success. Look nextdoor and train your staff. Totally unethical and exploitative of the fact that they've got no competition nearby
