The most horrific experience I had ever in any restaurant. Absolute lack of service. No transperancy, menu was not provided. Staff wanted to hide or not available. Zero lack of the so called Taj hospitality. Completely ruined my day. Never coming back again. Had been for the sunday brunch Meal type: Brunch Price per person: ₹2,000+ Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

#Machan, #Taj WestEnd used to be my annual pilgrimage for an occasion. This year we went for the usual #SundayBrunch. Overall experience fell to average. Solid decline in service quality and pleasant attitude of the staff. Missed the old hands there.Will I continue my annual special occasion visit next year? Not sure.
