So we are at Theth Masala Restaurant & Cafe Gandipet, Hyderabad today. We are 25 people here for celebrating last day of 2024.There are three people who are pure veg, they don't even touch non veg so they sat in separate table. They ordered Veg Lasagne and they served Non Veg Lasagne.. Before eating that two of them reconfirmed if it is veg Or non veg. That Waiter named Mohit they reassured that it's veg then these three people consumed that. Then they realized it's non veg.. Three person with complete beliefs in their own religion had to consume non veg because of their wrong punch. Is this how a customer deserve the service?? According to that Mohit, he didn't served that. It's not about who served it's about accepting the mistake.. The resolution we are getting is we will not bill that item. So they are trying to buy their religious beliefs with the payment of veg lasagne.. This was our office team lunch and I'll make sure to go everywhere to get justice.
