I wish there was a zero-star option. Pathetic food. We were heading to another restaurant but happened to see this place on the way. We thought, “It’s a Goan restaurant; I’m sure they’ll maintain the same quality.” We ordered their signature soup — it smelled so bad we couldn’t drink more than two spoons. We waited for the other dish (Chorizo Boi), but that was even worse. Then we ordered the lobster, which was completely bland.The server, Bishwajeet, was clueless about what he was serving. He didn’t respond to our questions and was busy setting tables, making a lot of noise with the crockery and cutlery — it was very irritating. He had no basic manners.Later, the chef came to explain the food, and seeing our disappointment, he offered us a complimentary dessert. But we weren’t there for any complimentary items; we were just hungry and wanted to enjoy good seafood.We’ve been to their Goa outlet before, and the food there was amazing. This experience was a total waste of time — we didn’t get to eat anything good. I’m honestly surprised to see their positive reviews.

Charging more service fee without notice of the customers then staff is arguing with the customers instead of polite reply
