Cockroaches, rude staff, and stale food—worst dining experience! Absolutely terrible experience here yesterday. The hygiene was shocking, there were cockroaches crawling on the wall and even inside the bookshelf (I have a photo).The staff was extremely rude. I ordered a cookie shake with an espresso shot, but they served it without the espresso. When I asked about it, the staff member began shouting and arguing instead of listening, saying he’d “never seen anyone expect espresso in a shake,” and making assumptions without even clarifying my request.The food was equally bad: the cottage cheese panino on sizzler was stale. Dirty environment, rude service, and poor-quality food. I will not be returning and strongly advise others to avoid this place. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Meal type: Dinner

Thank you for your feedback, I’m sorry to hear about your experience and that our staff didn’t meet the level of service we strive for. Unfortunately there was renovations going on beside our cafe and for that reason everything goss mess and today morning we have taken action on it !
