Have been visiting WTF ever since it opened 12 years ago. The place has a chill Goa vibe and the food is awesome. Some of the staff have been here for a decade which shows it’s being managed well. Hat’s off to team WTF. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I recently visited WTF! with friends and chose to sit in the air-conditioned section. While the ambiance was nice and the food & service were excellent, an unexpected incident dampened the experience. To my surprise, I noticed a lizard crawling in the bar area. When I brought this to the staff's attention, the initial response was dismissive. “Sir, it's an open place, it can come from anywhere.” I had to clarify that I was sitting inside the AC section, not outside. The second response was even more concerning; “Sir, ab toh hai, what can we do now? The restaurant is full.” I understand that unexpected incidents happen, but in a premium dining space, hygiene should be a top priority. Cleanliness and regular pest control are non-negotiable, especially in a restaurant. I truly enjoyed the food and service, but this issue definitely needs to be addressed to maintain standards. Would love to return, but only if hygiene gets the attention it deserves! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 1
