My 13 yes daughter found mosquito floating inside the brownie cake . I have been ordering cakes from 9 yrs . Service is become third class,they are using manisha rani for advertising..My daughter have been vommiting ,Really unproffesional.,and unhygienic.It was. Ordering online ,outlet claim it was from their kitchen.But you guys don't you share same kitchen for all outlet . Instead of admitting their mistake ,they just gave refund and took their mosquito product back . Shame on swiggy for advertising their brand. I have ordered photo cake and receive the normal cake. After raising this concern to Dales Eden Andheri they simply say sorry we will refund 200 Rs for photo print. Is this the solution ? This was one of the cake in bulk/corporate order, I used to order from them and this time ordered arround 100 cake in 10-15 quanities daily. For the big order they are saying to refund 200 for photo ? Please understand Photo cake is for some occasion or some special moments, refund of 200 can not solve the purpose. And also understand the importance of bulk orders also. I make sure not to order again from you as there are various options. Need big time improvement in your services and your responses. Dale’s Eden is a hidden gem in Lokhandwala! Their Cheesecake is hands down one of the best I’ve ever had — rich, creamy, and full of flavor. The chicken roll and Korean bun were super fresh and tasty too. Perfect place for cake lovers, and their variety is amazing. Great quality, lovely packaging, and ideal for gifting too.
