Dear Sirs,Sorry sir we came to know the same time as staff too informed us at the same time and we told the staff to get the same new freshly again. We in our history of 80s never got such experience from our end. We even checked the CCTV footages for the same but regret to say that our cameras couldnt point out how it came in your food. Our Kitchen is totally away from the cleaning of vessels and glasses even our cooks never use directly the washed vessel for serving but are being cleaned properly checked and then properly put in the serving vessel away from the cleaning area which comes to the persons table to serve to every person who orders. Even after taking so much precautionary measures. But it happened so in your case we as the management assures you that it will never repeat again as our staff too have felt bad about it. Once again we apologize for our mistake and assures you will never happen again not only with you but all who comes to have food in our Restaurant.FromThe ManagementOasis Restaurant & Bar
