I went with my wife & 3 year old daughter to have dinner at The Terrace located at 4th Floor. Food was good especially fish curry, Chicken Tikka & Mutton Biryani. Service was bit slow & we have to wait for snacks to be served.At our table service boy ( Chauhan ji) was not so prompt & most of the time he was busy talking on mobile. Biggest disappointment was at the end when he Insisted to pay TIP by offering his personal QR code after final settlement of our bill. He should be trained that tip depends on customer/ guest decision & quality of service he has availed. If things are up to the mark customer himself pays tip. In short tip is directly proportional to services offered. Waiter should not insist for tip in such reputed hotel. Charans is not street shop in corner of the road. When we didn't gave him tip he kept staring at us like he will eat us. Management should train them how to handle customer. Rest everything ok & i gave 3 star because of quality of food which was good!! Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹1,200–1,400

the lunch is very good and tasty staff is good non veg lovers has too many choices but we all are vegetarian but veg is very good in taste
