I met such an moron at reception who promised me while checkin for 20% food discount, which on checkout the same person denied, even though he charged me double of the soda which I have paid in cash while serving in the room. My stay dates were 18 may- 20th may. Name Vaibhav Tiwari, check in was in evening of 18th May and check out was on 20th Morning. I have been billed twice for in room service.

I was staying at this hotel half board for 7 days and would recommend their Italian fried chicken and pasta was amazing.non veg & veg Indian dishes were also very tasty staff very helpful and politeRooms very clean and comfortablehighly recommended
