The experience was awful given the money we spent for a supposed 3 star hotel. The bell boy took ages to help us with our luggage as we had multiple suitcases and 2 senior citizens travelling along with us. In the room few basic essentials like hand wash wasn't right, took an hour to change it. We asked for an extra bed, took 20 mins to get that. Basically rooms are decent but service is absolutely not upto the standards set but it's other franchise 3 star hotels. Location is a really good - that's a big plus and perhaps the only. Service: 1
