Location close to hazratganj but extremely busy area and very difficult to navigate on foot or in a car. Close to two large schools as a result faces major traffic issues in morning and afternoon. The hotel has a nice facade and the rooms appear clean. However room service must improve. Staff was polite but appeared demotivated with poor training and morale. Accommodation is competitively priced. Simple things like clean new room key cards, guest slippers, shower curtain to be fixed a few cm within the shower cubicle to prevent water pooling outside every day. House keeping to ensure rooms are properly serviced after check out. The best aspect of the hotel is their breakfast which cannot be faulted. The dining staff are helpful and very pleasant. Abhishek in particular was very helpful. The hotel really needs proper investment or else it will continue it's ignominious decline to a roadside inn...

Present in hazratganz. Mg road is just 5 minutes walk. Plenty of eateries around. Good clean room and good service. On demand parking place is available. Very well maintained

I had a quick one day stay and overall it was good. Rooms are clean and spacious. In room dining was good. Breakfast spread was ok but taste can improve. Location is pretty good conveniently connected to the metro station and big markets nearby.
