A beautiful pet friendly serene resort. Their hospitality was excellent. The rooms were nice and cosy and we enjoyed a great view of the Kanchendzonga from the room balcony. Service: 5

Very good stay, excellent people, excellent service. Room 201 is an excellent room, large and spacious, with big king-size bed, 2 large sofas and large tea table, balcony opening onto valley and offering full view of mountains (when not cloudy) with no obstruction in between. Could fully enjoy sitting in the balcony and being part of the valley and fog. However, bathroom is badly designed, no napkin rod, no clothes rack, only half partition in shower area making the basin area wet from the bath water. Most strangely, there is an instant geyser not a storage geyser, giving only a trickle of hot water from the faucet - not possible to have a warm shower, can only have a bucket bath in hot water. Breakfast was a disappointment, dinner was ok. Service: 5
