We visited The Shire Terrace Bistro in Kalimpong and had a delightful experience. It’s a beautiful café with a warm and inviting vibe—perfect for relaxing after exploring the hills. The food was nicely prepared, and the service was smooth and attentive. A special mention for the amazing boba tea, which is definitely worth trying. We would also like to appreciate Diksha, who was extremely courteous, sweet and made sure our pure vegetarian requirements were well understood and taken care of. Thoughtful service like this truly elevates the dining experience. Overall, a lovely place with good food, great beverages, and genuine hospitality. Highly recommended when you’re in Kalimpong.
