I m very glad to put something about the hotel service and others things, especialy the staff named dipankar das. The room was clean, comfortable and well maintained with all amenities i needed. Special thanks to Mr. DIPANKAR DAS , who was very friendly , professional and always willing to help. I would definitely recomended this hotel and look forward to staying again

It’s my second time visit to North Bengal and my first stay in any ITC hotel. Being an ex ITCian I’ve a certain expectation in my mind regarding the hospitality. To be honest it met my expectations right from the room to food quality to room service all touched my mind. Thanks to Deepankar our host for arranging everything we asked for, right from mutton in lunch to evening snacks with bonfire An awesome time spent.
