Very nice restaurant with a good ambiance with good music. Their entrance was very nice there is a good chai at the entrance. It offers a very comfortable atmosphere inside the restaurant. The food was tasty, We enjoyed it, really. Vast variety of foods available in the menu. Family-friendly restaurant with a welcoming atmosphere. The ambience of the restaurant was good but the service was really poor. The food was not as tasty as compared to their earlier days. We ordered a dish and we waited for a loooong time and even after we got other dishes one among them was not there. They finally gave it to us once we were about to finish the food and we had to cancel that order. Even though the techniques they showcase in front of us (be it pouring the drink or torching the dish) looks nice i personally have an experience where the waiter accidentally slipped the glass and it fell right in front of our table and the glass was shattered. It might be a bad day for the waiter but please make sure that if the person lacks the skill to perform such tricks, PLEASE don't show in front of us. It might have turned into a great disaster. Altogether I can say with my multiple experiences at The Shap that 1. Poor service 2. Delayed response 3. Food not up to the mark Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4
