Food is average. Rooms are reasonably good. Service is poor. Security guard did not offer any help to load our bags into the car after our stay. His approach towards customers was hostile.There is no breakfast buffet. Only very few items in the alacarte menu. Breakfast was disappointing. The dishes were not even hot. The taste of biriyani in the restaurant was also nowhere in the range of good Biriyani places in Calicut. Service: 1

I have stayed here more than 20 times but this time i have felt fully bad experiences, the AC is not working properly and there’s no air coming from it. First we have chosen a room by booking online but in there’s nasty urine smell every where and we changed our room.. but the pillows also smells nasty urine like public toilets. When we told about the smell they said its air freshner.. wtf . Im strongly recommending you all not to take rooms anymore from here. Im saying genuinely Service: 1
