Worst Dining Experience – Misleading Offers, Unhygienic Ambience & Daylight Robbery Visited this restaurant hoping for a decent meal, but it turned out to be a complete disaster. They lure you in with so-called discounts, only to casually mention after you’ve placed your order that the offer is applicable only on drinks. This condition was nowhere clearly communicated upfront, which is just a shady way to manipulate customers. The menu shows “half” and “full” for most dishes, but no guidance from the staff on what’s ideal for two people. If you’re not familiar with their portion sizes, you either end up over-ordering or wasting food. The staff should assist in making sensible choices — but clearly, customer care isn’t a priority here. To make things worse, the ambience was absolutely horrible. There was a strong unpleasant smell, visible moisture on the walls, and the furniture was old and poorly maintained. Definitely not the kind of place you’d want to sit and enjoy your food. And the final insult? ₹2,000 bill for just one Dal, one Palak Paneer, and two Naan. No premium ingredients, no great service — just plain robbery. On top of that, they sneak in some “staff contribution charges” in the bill without even explaining what that is. Seriously? If you’re thinking of dining here, don’t waste your time, money, or mood. 1. Not at all value for money 2. Over priced food 3. Hospitality is very poor. They will behave like some road side food vendor. Even they are better. 4. Worst part, they have hidden charges and won’t agree on that. I have attached a photo of it where they have purpose fully put a stamp on the extra amount. 5. If you raise concern, they start arguing.
