I recently placed an order through Zomato from Bikanervala, a brand I have always associated with tradition, quality, and authentic Indian taste. However, my recent experience was extremely disappointing and frustrating. What I received was far below the expected standard — honestly, it felt like third-class food. Here is a detailed breakdown of the problems I faced: Dosa Quality: The dosa was excessively salty, to the point of being almost inedible. It was clear that no tasting or quality check was done before packing. It arrived soggy and cold. The texture was completely ruined — what should have been crisp and flavorful tasted bland and over-salted. I was shocked by the poor execution. It didn't feel like I had ordered from a top-tier brand like Bikanervala at all. Ras Malai (Both Varieties): The ras malai was the biggest disappointment. I ordered two different types and expected something rich and indulgent. What I received looked and tasted like watered-down milk with rubbery sweets. The liquid had no thickness or creaminess, and there was absolutely no trace of saffron, cardamom, or any traditional sweet flavor. The texture and appearance were far from appetizing. It honestly felt like I had ordered from a roadside dhaba or local sweet shop in Shikarpur. The ras malai balls themselves were bland, spongy, and lacked freshness. They tasted like they had been stored for days. Zomato Delivery Partner Feedback: While the food was delivered on time, the packaging was not handled with care. Some of the contents had leaked inside the delivery bag. Zomato needs to monitor not just punctuality, but food quality and packaging standards as well. Fast delivery means nothing when the food arrives in this condition. I have already submitted my feedback on the app, and I sincerely hope it reaches the concerned team. I have purchased the Motichoor laddoo on 1/7/25 but when I return home I opened the box I saw that the laddoos are of very very bad quality intact some of them have fungus. I am adding the photo of the laddoo and bill please have a look at it.

I prefer haldirams all times but due to not accepting orders I called the food from Bikanervala Sector 18 noida. Such a pathetic in terms of brand I had ever experienced. Gobi masala is like they didn’t even cooked...I mean you Cant chew Aloo and gobi....It’s too hard that at last you have to through into dustbin and the same we did.
After paying 250 Rs for each sabji, first only one person can eat which is very less quantity, after that there is not even 1% of taste. Never go for dine out here. It can be good only for sweets. Nothing else.
