Zamato organisation has behaved extremely arrogantly and dubiously by accepting order for a brand DAL SAMARKAND located in South Delhi in our vicinity 3-4 kms and then diverting the order of SAMARKAND dal at Noida Sec 29, which is far away about 18 km from the point of delivery. When I wanted to cancel the order they were not ready to accept the cancellation and kept deferring by mentioning the pick up is already on the way. And on receiving it was found the inappropriate small quantity for such huge amount in comparison which we pay for a full Ceramic jar to DAL SAMARKAND was much less than the half of the actual quantity and then imposing upon us to accept the order, and were not ready for cancellation with intimidation to bar accepting cash on delivery. This was repeated nonsense they have applied and imposed to accept the order. Zamato, -- you guys are extremely cheap, character less unethical, rude and unfriendly to the customers.
