As friends, we went to catch-up after many years. Being a brand by itself, the Pinnacle - Food was still good. We are shocked to experience the untidy and stingy rest rooms highlighted to clean three times in three hours, were in deaf ears with security, service attendant and the restaurant in-charge. During the covid pandemic and charging a premium service charge by default, untidy rest rooms are totally unacceptable. Taking customers for granted - we will never visit the place again in life.
