We visited Absolute Barbecues with a family gathering of more than 20 people, expecting a delightful dining experience. Unfortunately, it turned out to be one of the most disappointing restaurant visits we have had. The hospitality was extremely poor, and the service was highly unprofessional. Staff members were inattentive, and one of them even raised his voice at children when they politely asked for spoons and cutlery. Such behavior is unacceptable, especially in a family-oriented restaurant. The food quality was equally disappointing. The starters lacked variety, with repeated servings of only corn and potatoes. There was also a clear reluctance to serve non-vegetarian starters, which was frustrating for many in our group. The overall quality and freshness of the food did not meet even basic expectations. Additionally, some members of our group felt that the non-vegetarian grill skewers did not appear fresh. While we cannot confirm this with certainty, the presentation and taste raised serious concerns about food handling and freshness. This created considerable discomfort and diminished our confidence in the restaurant’s hygiene standards. Overall, this was a thoroughly unpleasant experience for our entire family. Poor hospitality, substandard food, questionable freshness, and rude staff made this visit memorable for all the wrong reasons. We would strongly discourage families and large groups from choosing this outlet. We certainly will not be returning, nor would we recommend it to others. Very very worst ever service in a buffet. The lighting inside the restaurant is very dull. The actual menu mentioned for the buffet is not served completely. Serving of starters wasn’t started on time. The main course food was loaded only after 15 mins of the dining time. No egg is served for biriyani. Live counter rabbit and duck meat is like old stock, and the veggies were also not in good condition. Honey chill wings, Mutton rogan gosh gravy were missing. Welcome drink is also not served by them. Musk melon placed in buffet section is rotten. Prawns in the grill side is not cooked properly. The chocolate stick dessert has got some sand inside it. Overall the experience for the weekend sunday dinner is completely disappointing experience. 850 + tax is not worth for this spot. Lot of improvement is needed from the restaurant side. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹800–1,000
