On 01-02-2026 (Sunday), I visited Barbeque Nation, T. Nagar branch for the first time, and what started as an ordinary visit turned into a truly memorable experience. At first, the starters were very spicy, and we honestly thought that was how all the food would be. We didn’t even know that less-spicy options were available. That’s when Mr. Atamu and Mr. Rudra noticed us and came over on their own to check if everything was okay. They didn’t ask just out of formality—they genuinely listened. Once they understood that the spice level was too much for us, they immediately arranged less-spicy food without any hesitation. From that moment onward, the experience completely changed. Their care, patience, and warmth made us feel valued—not just like customers, but like guests. At the end of our visit, we tried to give them a tip to show our appreciation, but they politely refused multiple times and clearly explained that accepting tips is against company policy. They told us that our happiness was more than enough for them. That honesty and professionalism truly touched us. I don’t know if every staff member is like this, but Mr. Atamu and Mr. Rudra genuinely won our hearts. Because of them, this visit became special and unforgettable. Experiences like this are rare. Barbeque Nation- T Nagar Went for a team outing. Everything was good. Food can be given 4 stars due to some items are not hot. Service was good. Got buffet offer of 699 per head. The deserts counter too was yummy. But guys really, this Moong dal halwa is tooo much. I never knew public was crazy about it.
