A DISASTER of an evening when we went to Cecil for dinner. The staff said the main dinner area is for foreigners when we were not happy sitting in the passage area seating. The restaurant manager was not even apologetic for such a distasteful statement which made us Indians 2nd class citizens in our own country. The food was ordered and the breads came cold. The dishes were served and the breads sent back. It took 15mins for the breads to come back one by one and the food became cold. The restaurant manger was not available for resolving the issue. He came after 10 mins by which time the entire experience was a disaster. We walked out without eating. Such a shame that a prime hotel has no sensitivity and customer service attitude. Some one has to wake up and make cecil a better place and teach staff to speak properly. Thanks Service: 1
