This pure vegetarian spot is perfect for native Himachali food. We tried patande and siddu- both freshly made and tasty. Highly recommend if you’re craving genuine local cuisine! Tried the Himachali thali at Himachali Rasoi in Shimla. The food tasted fresh with a noticeable clove flavor. There are two options: half (₹233) and full (₹333). The full thali includes unlimited refills, but the half doesn’t, and the portion felt a bit small for the price. Sharing isn’t allowed.
