The experience was worth the money

I visited "The Market" at Ritz Carlton Bangalore on January 5, around 2 PM, for what I envisioned to be a relaxed buffet lunch with my wife and son. The experience was OK, actually, a bit underwhelming to be honest, and certainly not what you would expect at a restaurant at the Ritz. The food options, aside from desserts, were tired and rather limited. And for some inexplicable reason, the waiter had trouble finding a bottle of still mineral water, such as Evian or Himalaya or otherwise, even though I was willing to pay for it. He did provide us with a bottle of Perrier sparkling, which was fine. And after almost an hour, when we were pretty much done with our lunch, he showed up with a bottle of packaged drinking water, which obviously we did not request. Not sure why there was so much difficulty in understanding what we wanted. This was a bit surprising for us, considering this was a restaurant at the Ritz. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹2,000+ Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4 Dietary restrictions: Not too many options for people with dairy allergies. However, there was a vegan chocolate mousse, which was nice.
