For my birthday lunch on a Monday, I decided to visit The Market at The Ritz-Carlton and opted for their buffet experience. From the moment I walked in, I was truly impressed by the exceptional service. The staff, especially Riya, Abryll, and Brijesh, were absolutely fantastic. They were warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive, always making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Their joyful demeanor, quick responsiveness, and genuine hospitality truly made the experience special. The buffet spread had a decent variety of options, and each dish was flavorful and well-prepared. The selection catered to different tastes, ensuring there was something for everyone. The quality of ingredients and presentation lived up to the high standards one would expect from The Ritz-Carlton. One of the sweetest moments of the afternoon was when Riya surprised me with a birthday cake. It was such a thoughtful gesture that added a personal touch to the experience. This kind of attention to detail and guest care is what truly sets a place apart. Overall, it was a wonderful celebration, and I couldn’t have asked for a better place to enjoy my birthday lunch. Kudos to the team for their outstanding service and hospitality. I will definitely be visiting again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an elevated dining experience.
