If you are looking for best Awadhi cousin in Baggage, Riwaz is the real deal. Had an incredible Sunday afternoon at Riwaz. I am still torn- was it the soul satisfying food or the warm, luxurious atmosphere that stole the show. Galouti kabab and Bhatti Da Kukkad were nothing short of spectacular. Then came the main course- the legendary Gosht Ki Nihari and Murgh Baradar (suggested by the team, forgot his name) paired with a variety of handcrafted breads. Each dish was was a master class in flavour, cooked to perfection. The Kulfi Falooda was the best I have had in Bangalore. And just when we thought the experience couldn’t get any better, Chef Imran and his team surprised us with a specially curated whole spice box - a heartfelt gesture that truly reflected their passion for food and hospitality.
