I have eaten here multiple times before but this time when I ordered, the food was really sad. The sushi tasted dry and stale - the prawn tasted old and not fresh. The ramen had barely any broth and the miso was absent completely - the egg was hard boiled to the point that the yolk was grey (I threw the egg) and the chicken was not tender but chewy and just off. This was supposed to by my birthday meal and I am so sad to say that I will never be ordering from The Lama again. Yall need to fire your current kitchen staff. Disgusting experience. -1/10. Food: 1

The service was disappointing. We had ordered Burnt garlic noodles and we were not clearly informed whether the dish included only chicken or egg, as the menu did not specify this. When we inquired, the waitress was not very polite in addressing our query. Despite specifically requesting a chicken-only dish, we were served one that contained both chicken and egg.
