Once upon a time I frequented this place....slowly and gradually there quality of food started slipping and today it was a complete disaster. A waste of quality time and money. Not only has the food quality being royally ignored...the services are at best average.... and valet parking takes more than 15 mins to handover the car back....wow. Looks like a bad choice going forward. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹1,000–1,200 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2 Vegetarian offerings: Clearly labelled vegetarian dishes

Terrible Experience – Not Worthy of a 5-Star Property We made a prior reservation on Zomato for 3 people, expecting a smooth dining experience at a 5-star property like Chao Chinese Bistro in Holiday Inn, Jaipur. However, it was a complete disaster. Upon arrival, we were asked to wait for 10 minutes despite the reservation. When finally seated, we were offered a cramped table for 2, barely able to accommodate 3 people. Meanwhile, larger tables for 8 (two joined tables for 4) were visibly available but not offered to us. To make matters worse, the manager was extremely rude and unapologetic, dismissively stating that if we didn’t take the inadequate table for 2, he would “release it.” This kind of arrogance and lack of basic courtesy is absolutely unacceptable, especially from a so-called 5-star establishment. What is the point of making a reservation if the staff disregards it completely? This was a deeply disappointing experience, and I would strongly advise others to think twice before visiting this place. Service: Dine in Service: 1
