I visited this restaurant yesterday and ordered a smoothie. To my shock, I found a strand of hair in it. I immediately informed the waiter, and while they did replace the smoothie, the situation got worse. The waiter later commented that there was no hair when he brought the drink — indirectly suggesting that I had put it there myself. Not only was the hygiene clearly lacking, but instead of taking responsibility, they chose to shift the blame onto a customer. Completely unacceptable behavior.
