I went to Kill the Bill lounge and had a bad experience. I booked tickets through BookMyShow, but when I reached the lounge, they asked me to pay three times more money. They didn't refund my money either. The staff was very rude and unhelpful. They seemed to have the power to take money from customers and cheat them. Please never go there. Environment is so bad. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹1,000–1,200
