The place has a stunning view I was completely mesmerized. The food is quite okay as per the price. Loved the hot chocolate! The quantity they served for one noodles was enough for the two of us. I would recommend visiting this place around 4 during winters so that you can enjoy both day and night view. Service: 4

I absolutely love this place! The food is delicious and the menu offers such a great spread of choices. I highly recommend this place not just for the food but more so for the breathtaking ambience and view from the Horizon and the hospitality from the staff. This is my third visit to Shillong and I always stay at the David Residency and enjoy my time at the Horizon by David Residency.
