Disappointing experience, I ordered the Mexican Shawarma, expecting a flavorful chicken dish. However, the chicken was wrapped in a Tandoor roti that was incredibly hard and rubbery, causing jaw pain. To my surprise, the filling tasted more like beetroot than chicken. The texture and flavor were far from expectations, and I couldn't even finish it. I strongly suggest that the management regularly taste their food to ensure quality and evaluate its worth for the price charged. For me, it cost almost INR 1000 for three Mexican Shawarmas, which was not value for money. The taste and pricing were at opposite extremes. I would appreciate an immediate refund and apology from the management to prevent similar experiences for future customers. Customers deserve tasty food that meets their satisfaction and is worth the money paid. I hope my feedback will be taken positively, and prompt action will be taken for improvement."
