This restaurant and Edappally Church Complex can be both really attractive for tourists. International cuisine under the direction of the talented chef is gorgeous at this place. Many guests of Roastown Global Grill state that perfectly cooked fried chicken, broccoli soup and beef are offered here. Tasty crème brûlée, cheesecakes and poached pears may be what you need. Lovely place and people. Planned a suprise for parents anniversary and they did an excellent job and went out of their way to make it extra special I definitely recommend this lovely place

Our visit to Roastown Global Grill was, unfortunately, a disappointing experience. Seated in a corner with no view of the restaurant’s ambiance, we were isolated—not only visually but also in terms of service. It was difficult to get the attention of the waiting staff, and at times, we had to wait until one of them happened to pass by. The food itself was underwhelming. The dishes, labeled as Italian, included spicy rice, which did not resemble authentic European cuisine. The grilled chicken was not cooked properly, and one of our main course items was severely delayed, arriving long after some of us had finished dessert. Despite repeated reminders, the dish was only rushed out after we requested its cancellation. Adding to the discomfort, the AC vent above our table was dripping water onto our backs. Imagine drops of ice cold water dripping on your neck and back while you're eating. Though the floor manager did apologize, no real effort was made to ensure a more pleasant experience. The only redeeming aspect of our meal was the desserts and drinks, which were enjoyable. They handed over the bill with a smile, and once we paid, casually remarked that our next visit would be better. Right—because we'd happily spend another 10K just to test that promise! If you're looking for a truly fine dining experience that justifies the price tag, Roastown Global Grill may not be the place for you. While the menu promises sophistication, the actual experience falls short in terms of food authenticity, service quality, and attention to customer needs. If you don’t mind paying premium prices for a restaurant that looks upscale but doesn’t deliver the expected finesse, then by all means, give it a try. ABSOLUTE TRASH
It is an insult for Ernakulam to allow such trash restaurants to operate. It brings down Ernakulam in the eyes of guests. Atrocious food, topped with ridiculously bad service.
1. Fish & chips is served with mayonnaise, not tartar sauce. Can you imagine? The chips are a joke, some kind of dried out wafers.
2. Pita bread will make you cry. You will want to wring the chef's neck, its that bad. What they pass off as pita bread is basically deep fried bhatura. Go figure.
3. Chicken mince kabab was....hold your breath....fried frozen kababs from Buffet company.
4. The food bloggers who gave rave reviews should be slapped hard. There's a limit to the lies food bloggers spread for receiving free food & a few coins.
