The Gazeboo on Park Street offers a vibrant and cozy ambience with creative props and colorful lighting that makes dining a visual delight. The staff is courteous and well-trained, adding to the pleasant experience. However, the food pricing feels unreasonably hiked, while the portions have noticeably shrunk — not quite value for money anymore. The Thalis, in particular, need improvement; they feel repetitive with too many chicken items and lack variety. A little more balance and innovation would help. Also, it was disappointing to find that Zomato Gold and Swiggy One offers don’t apply to Thali orders. For a place that looks this good, the food and policy need to keep up.
