Visited Moomba Restobar in winter and was blown away by both the vibe and the food! The space is beautifully done—boho interiors, big angel statue, and a live view of pizzas being wood-fired near the window. We started with the Carrot Potato Leek Soup—rich, comforting, and interactive to pour! The Crispy Sushi Roll was a standout—fresh, crunchy and flavour-packed. The Tandoori Aloo Nazakat was so creative; you'd barely recognise it as potato. Pan-Fried Basa Fish and Rosemary Chicken with Rice made for perfect mains—light yet full of flavour. Couldn’t resist trying their Classic Margarita Pizza, crisp and smoky straight from the oven. Drinks-wise, the Tikki Nawab cocktail was smoky and theatrical, and the Tamarind drink was a tangy refresher. Ended the meal with their Signature Coconut Nolen Gur Ice Cream—creamy with a lovely desi twist, and an authentic Tiramisu that nailed it. Service was polite and quick, ambience chilled yet stylish. Definitely one of the best hangout spots in Park Street, Kolkata. Highly recommend for foodies and Instagram lovers alike! Went to a fine dining restaurant for the 1st time and let me tell you,the experience was bonkers,all thanks to my big sis' recommendation The dishes we tried were :- 1) Khurchan Tart - An innovative spin on the classic tart by spooning generous amount of meat over thin pieces of pastry The mouth feel when you take a bite out of them or put the whole thing in your mouth is something which would make your mind go haywire 2) BBQ Chicken Pizza - The smokey BBQ flavour from the chicken with the perfect amount of cheese to give you a banger combination and the peppers and onions giving a slight crunch to balance is all out is pure "Simple yet genius" vibes 3) Tiramisu - Made with actual lady fingers or savoiardi in Italian,this has the perfect from the espresso and the cream in between the layers is enough to make one float away to unknown & distant lands without moving an inch from those comfy high chairs or sofas Really felt the Itaalian in me that day Pros :- 1) Great pricing for a fine dining set-up 2) Really delicious food which would make you order 2 of everything you want 3) If you are an ambience lover like me then,you would spend hours clicking pictures for profile pics on ur socials Cons :- 1) Service being slightly disappointing with the the server not recommending us anything when he could see that we clearly didn't know what to order among so many awesome sounding dishes.
